feat: improve message composer

[90-008]

• make it resize automatically to about 4 lines (need to figure out how many lines we have in UI code) instead we resize to 4 lines on focus now (7e6370f)
• above 4 lines, it should use a scroll area for showing other text
• make it so that it doesnt get text on web when using hotkeys
