[BUG] Typescript tasks do not retain their canceled status after they exit

When cancelling a typescript task and throwing in the task in response to the cancellation, the task is marked as failed and retried
=> expected the task to be marked as cancelled and not retried

When cancelling a typescript task and simply exiting the task gracefully, the task is marked a succeeded
=> expected the task to be marked as cancelled and not marked as succeeded

This behavior appears to be different to the python sdk which suppresses status update if cancelled.

@akeating Yeah you are right, here is the exact point at which it occurs

File: sdks/typescript/src/v1/client/worker/worker-internal.ts
The success() and failure() callbacks are sending status updates (COMPLETED/FAILED) even when the task gets cancelled.

const success = async (result: any) => {
  // rest of function
  await this.client._v0.dispatcher.sendStepActionEvent(event);
}

const failure = async (error: any) => {
  // rest of function
  await this.client._v0.dispatcher.sendStepActionEvent(event);
}

They should check whether the task context is cancelled and suppress like it's done in the python-sdk.
