error message if port is closed

tried to test it at the office but the port is blocked. would it be possible to show an inline message in the app?

Would it be possible to run such a service through different ports as well? Or is 4321 required for file transfers?

I am not even sure if 4321 is the port responsible for not showing others in the network though.
