- §5 Talents — read-only candidate table + detail slide-over (profile basics, stage 1-3 results, integrity flags, minor assessments, subscription status, verified profile link)
- §6 Employers — read-only employer table + detail slide-over (company profile, verification status, package/subscription, roles created, offers sent, hire history)
- §7 Question Bank — biggest gap. Health grid, question list/detail/flag/remove/restore/edit, manual add, AI-generate-with-review flow, quality notes log. Reviewer's primary workspace (full access); Admin read-only; also need to tighten the existing
admin/questions controllers which currently aren't tier-gated.
- §8 Integrity — stat cards + voided-attempts table, links to Talents detail panel
