Wrong group id?

Hi Gregg, thanks for bringing this to my attention. This file was autogenerated by the W3C repo generation script I believe. What should the correct group ID be?

That I don't know, it's buried in W3C land, somewhere, with no easy way to find it. A Team Contact should be able to resolve it.
