Incorrect citation rendering in Agent Artifacts

Describe the bug
When an agent sends an artifact, the citations within the artifact's content are not displayed correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run the framework agent v0.1.76

Expected behavior
Citations should be correctly rendered, mapped to the corresponding sources, and follow the standard UI formatting (e.g., interactive tooltips or numbered links).

Additional context
The issue seems isolated to the Artifacts UI component. Citations in the standard message appear to be working as intended.
