Flashing Custom OSD Elements.

Greetings.

Currently in Inav 8 we are unable to flash the displayed text for custom OSD Elements. They are currently only able to display constantly on when the condition is true. Would like to request to have the ability to have the custom OSD element flash on and off if the condition is true.

Example : Displaying flashing text "STALL" if the condition statement for text display is true. Perhaps a check box when TEXT is selected for flashing. Checkbox on or off labeled Flashing

Example : Displaying flashing text "STALL"

The first example in the Custom OSD Elements documentation is a flashing stall warning.
The last line in that example says flash on for 800ms, off for 400ms, cycling.
