Python Features to watch out for

Here's a list of python features we will want to consider once it's time that we can use them.

Python 3.10

• Pattern Matching syntax
• type guarding
• typeAlias
• typing of decorators
• X|Y type union
• AttributeError. This is relevant to __setattr__ in montepy.MCNP_Object.
• Isinstance on a Type Union: 09cf9f9
  • workaround: Union[str, int].__args__ is a tuple

Python 3.11

• StrEnum
• typing.Self
