zip script needs to run after clean and build

The build command from docker-build runs [after the clean and build scripts ](https://github.com/ideasonpurpose/docker-build/blob/cc9c105a804a57a18f648f51e8158124210eb98c/package.json#L18-L20). The standalone script will need to also trigger a clean and build before output can be fully verified.
