Add the possibility to exclude people

The goal is to have an option to exclude people via the configuration

exclude people via UUID and the photos containing the peoples are not selected

We have excluded albums, I don’t see any reason we couldn’t add excluded people. I’ll take a look later today/tomorrow.

I don't think there is a 'good' way to implement this. The album endpoint does not return any person metadata, which means you would have to query it for every single image again. This is currently a limitation of the immich api.

I see. However: Is this really a big problem? Before you "show" or deliver a picture you query the information probably with getAssetInfo and if the UUID of an unwanted person is in there, skip the picture. Surely it would be great to get the information in a slicker way but why is the working way "not good" or rather "not good enough"?

I agree with @jkoopmann; It's not efficient but if it works then it's a good start.
