start modeling `Person` class

already in use for DS-Determined + DSC

considerations:
- some linkages are ok to display (eg. DSD/DSC, HTP/JAKi), some are controlled access (e.g. GUIDs)
- shouldn't assign a Person to every Participant up front since we might not know ahead of time which ones are the same
