Feature Request: WordPress Backend Support

Inertia.js currently supports Laravel but not WordPress. Many developers would like to use Inertia inside WordPress themes to get SPA-like navigation while keeping WordPress as the CMS.

Problem

WordPress uses template hierarchy instead of controllers, so there’s no direct Inertia::render() equivalent. This makes integration difficult without going fully headless.

Proposal

• Add a WordPress adapter (or community package) that maps WP templates to Inertia components.
• Or provide documentation/example on how to use Inertia with the WordPress REST API.

Benefit

This would open Inertia to the large WordPress community and allow building SPA-like themes without leaving WP.
