[Feature]: Allow drag-and-drop or import existing files as templates

What problem are you trying to solve?

It's cool that there's a template option for every folder, but I tried an existing wiki with my own templates and there wasn't an obvious way to set them as default.

Proposed solution

Allow for drag-and-drop or import button to set an existing markdown file as a folder template.

Either drag-and-drop or via import button, even a right-click "set as template" or something like that would be cool.
