[Bug]: Links don't open in external broswer

• I searched existing issues and this isn't a duplicate
• I'm on the latest version (or I've noted my version below)

What happened?

Whenever i click on a link in Openknowledge it opens another OK window with the webpage instead of opening my external browser (Arc)

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a hyperlink to the markdown viewer
2. Click on link in the WSIWYG view (links on graph view correctly open external browser) but links in WSIWYG view do not
