Python 3.11 support (for cloud-data-connector)

According to the pyproject.toml in https://github.com/IntelAI/models/tree/master/datasets/cloud_data_connector and https://pypi.org/project/cloud-data-connector/, it appears that Python 3.11 is not supported.

Is this intentional? Are there plans to support newer Python versions?
