Missing workflow spaces in project design view

I've updated the business-central from version 7.23 to version 7.24.

After doing this all spaces that I had created are now missing and I'm not able to see them in the Project Design view.

After taking a look in the jboss files I could see that everything was right in the .m2, .niogit and repositories folder, but the system is not able to create the corresponding structure inside the .index file in order to show the old spaces in the Project Design view.

How can I update the system without losing my spaces?
