jj and Emacs

How do people use Jujutsu in Emacs? For git is the excellent magit package. For jj an brief internet search returned:

• Jujutsushi - An Emacs UI to jujutsu

• jujutsu.el - An Emacs interface for Jujutsu, inspired by magit

• jj-mode.el - Magit-inspired Jujutsu mode for Emacs

Any experience with these? What do people recommend?

I wrote jj-undirty.el for Emacs to auto-snapshot a repo on buffer-save and have a simple key binding to start jj-fzf from within (terminal) Emacs.

Aha, now I understand the whole thing with ioctl, etc better: You use Emacs in a terminal! (I use a terminal in Emacs -- via vterm.)

Oh, Ok. Thanks for letting me know, I will amend the post to make it clear that Emacs runs in a terminal.
BTW, I guess it wouldn't be too hard to extend it to start jj-fzf in a separate terminal window, I just haven't had the need to do that yet...

Sure! If you look at the code, it basically just does (start-process ...) that runs jj status:
