Might split up in multiple tasks in the future. Some things may already be done.

• ~ Quite major UrlBuilder and Parser bugs:
• ~ Colon ':' for ports not recognized.
• ~ Slash at the beginning may be inconsistently applied. Both are valid URL's, just one is relative and the other is related to the root.
