JJ.Framework.Data.EntityFramework quite slow #72

- JJ.Framework.Data.EntityFramework seems to work quite slow after not having used it for a while.
- It might not e the queries.
- Using TransactionScopes or not seems to have no influence.
- JJ.Framework.Data.NHibernate seems fast.
- Same queries.
- It may have been noticeable in the QuestionAndAnswer Import app (if familiar).
