🐛 Bug: Hover effect delay on cards in 3rd and 4th row of blog grid

Describe the bug

On the JSON Schema website blog page, the hover animation on some cards behaves inconsistently.
Specifically, cards in the 3rd and 4th row show a noticeable delay in the hover effect compared to cards in the first two rows.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the main website: https://json-schema.org

2. Navigate to the Blog section from the top navigation bar

3. Scroll down until you reach the 3rd and 4th row of cards

4. Hover over any card in these rows

5. Compare the hover response with cards in the 1st and 2nd row

Expected Behavior

All cards should have a consistent, smooth hover animation without delay.
