JupyterLab failed to build Error: Cannot find module './_baseValues'

Description

Hello, I am new to Python and I decided to use your environment.
An error appear when I try to install extensions.

"jupyter labextension install @jupyterlab/github"
"jupyter lab build"

I get the error :
jupyterLab failed to build

The log file shows an issue finding the module './_baseValues'
Error: Cannot find module './_baseValues'

I have not been able to find a solution.

I tried using
npm install ../_baseValues
