QNX compatibility of kaitai C++ STL runtime

Hello,

I am trying to generate and compile kaitai decoder libraries from ksy files. When I compile for QNX, I get an error saying,

kaitaistream.cpp:21:10: endian.h: No such file or directory

Just wanted to know, do we have support for QNX? If not, do we intend to extend the support in the future?

We should have it since #54, but you need to use the latest version https://github.com/kaitai-io/kaitai_struct_cpp_stl_runtime/tree/0.11 + kaitai-struct-compiler 0.11 from https://kaitai.io/#download.
