Invalid inner header id size | File is saved in NextCloud

First of all, I am aware of the fact that this error has been discussed multiple times before already.

However, in my case, I have saved my database in NextCloud, and I can clearly see the last change to my database was two days ago, but yesterday, I was able to still open the file no problem. Today, I get Error while reading the database: Invalid inner header id size.

Even if I download the file from two days ago off of NextCloud, same happens, so how was I able to open the file yesterday still?

No idea, but you will need to go further back in time to an older version of the database because it appears the current version is corrupted.

I'm aware that that version is faulty, just wanted to ask what could've caused it to still work yesterday.
