Brief Summary

Add a toolbar to the attachment editor for *.md for quick access to MarkDown syntax. The toolbar is displayed only when editing *.md files and is hidden when editing other formats.

For example:
Sort into groups and make a dropdown menu.
On button press, the default (first) dropdown option is inserted. If the user selects another option from the dropdown, subsequent button presses insert the last selected option.
