Add Debugger Console support in Rider (c#)

I am trying to get something aproximating the Visual Studio debugger console colorizing options.
I don't know why RIder has them split in the first place... but that's a different problem

The plugin seems to only work for the output Console, not the Debug output console. It would be very useful to be able to target both or pick one.

This extension for VS is very similar, but not for jetbrains stack.
