Model Evaluate and Edit should offer to submit the data as a PR #124
Description
For now, once the user is satisfied with their evaluation they need to download the YAML file and manually open a Pull Request to get it added to the database. Instead, the user should be prompted for their github login and the system should automatically put the PR together for the user.
Once a public Edit (ref. issue #122) function is provided, it should offer to submit the changed model in a similar way.
