Badges don't get displayed on HuggingFace

A big part of the MOT proposition is for model producers to be able to display their badges on their model page. Unfortunately, it turns out that HuggingFace doesn't handle SVG well and the badges don't get displayed at all.

For instance, Aquila-VL-2B-llava-qwen doesn't show any badges when actually their README includes the provided markup:

Short of having HuggingFace fix their system, which may take a long time, a stop-gap solution would be to provide badges in a different format such as PNG.

I also think that the badge should link to the model page with something like:

Further investigation reveals that this problem is specific to Firefox. The SVG badge gets displayed just fine on HF when using Safari, Google Chrome, Opera, and Microsoft Edge...
So we might want to revisit this when/if Firefox gets fixed because SVG is fundamentally superior to PNG.
