Options to shutdown or reboot disappear in the power menu while youtube music app is active

Bug description

Power menu doesn't have the shutdown or reboot options available while youtube music app https://github.com/pear-devs/pear-desktop is playing music.

Steps to reproduce

Have music playing from aforementioned yt-music app
open the power menu

Expected behavior

shutdown and reboot buttons available

Additional information

Does not happen on another system which is running KDE instead. shutting down via shutdown or reboot commands is also inhibited.

Strangely does not happen to me on the website, nor youtube.com, nor music.youtube.com
