That PR adds eth_dhcp switch to digilent_arty.py target. The switch allows to obtain IP address automatically from DHCP server and must be used together with eth_dynamic_ip switch what's assert in litex/soc/integration/soc.py .
That PR is associated with enjoy-digital/litex#899
