Feature Request: Blur Intensity Control

Add prop to control blur intensity or disable interactive blur effect:

disableInteractiveBlur={true} // proposed

Use case: Interactive blur effect on iOS 18 causes noticeable flash when touching the sheet content, especially with blurTint="extraLight".

what ios API are you referring to with the disableInteractiveBlur option you're proposing? Can you send link or steps on how I can repro? Thanks!

Here's the PR #250. not sure about the disable interactive though.
