T-Beam GPS Baud rate 9600 vs 115200

I have two LilyGo T-Beam SX1276. One is working without any problems. The second device wont find any gps fix. (I placed it for 24h under clear sky). Oled GPS will show pos = 999.0000 999.0000

I found the difference between both T-Beams. Working = 9600 baud and non working will have 115200 baud !
Where can I configure / change the gps baud setting in the source code ? I haven´t found anything to do this.
