In CAPM3 e2e tests we have Several variables related to Kubernetes versions:

KUBERNETES_VERSION
FROM_K8S_VERSION
KUBERNETES_PATCH_FROM_VERSION
KUBERNETES_PATCH_TO_VERSION

in Project infra:

KUBERNETES_VERSION_UPGRADE_TO
KUBERNETES_VERSION_UPGRADE_FROM

Unify variables and reduce their number if possible.
