proposal: property for marking up pronunciation of name

Similar to u-sound, labelled as "experimental" on https://microformats.org/wiki/h-card#Properties, it would be useful to have a property to mark up the phonetic pronunciation of a person's name, usually using the International Phonetic Alphabet.

Proposed property: p-ipa.

(Alternatively, maybe more flexible, p-phonetic or similar, to be used in conjunction with eg lang="en-GB-fonipa" to specify the phonetic system used.)
