Otel Multitenant feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Looking at the new otel implementation you are stressing a lot the multitenant feature. I'm wondering how that will work with autoinstrumentation ON. Will be possible to configure in a way to propagate the right correlation and context automatically?

Describe the solution you'd like
In the current situation with autointrumentation ON, we need to apply some custom filtering in order to make it possible. Like injecting custom header and based on that filter the requests, difficult for exception logging.

Can you please clarify?

With the OTel Span support implementation that we added in v3.4.0, this under the covers translates to the existing operations / features, so all of the existing telemetry initializers etc continue to work.
