Cannot pass HttpClient object when calling an agent for API Gateway

I am using API management to connect to AI Foundry. I am migrating from Semantic Kernel. The migration guide did not mention how to pass httpClient object in this scenario

Below is a sample of Agent framework, how can I pass httpClient object?
