无法正确构建codespace

在构建codespace时提示错误1302，是虚拟空间不足，已反复尝试多次

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 点击fork
2. 拉取到自己的空间，点击code
3. 创建code space
4. 提示1302错误

Expected behavior
让我可以创建codespace成功不报错
