In xUML notation ordinal should show 0..1 multiplicity on both ends of reflexive connector

Starr notation uses the oridinal relationship symbol, so multiplicity is not relevant
But UML has no concept of this and I believe that multiplicity must always be shown.
(If not, then this is not an issue, requires research)
