It's too easy to quit

What happened?

hunk has a bunch of state that can represent a moderate amount of work: specifically agent and user comments. But you can exit with just a careless q, throwing all that away!

Steps to reproduce

Press q.

Expected behavior

I'm not sure. Maybe I want a quit confirmation if I have comments open? Or for quitting to be behind a modifier+key combo (so probably not ESC either).

I think this one is just a symptom of a problem and I believe the main underlying issue here is not the quitting itself, but the lack of ability to restore the session after the quit. #113 might've eliminate this problem.

Update: #505 is merged, so Escape no longer quits — q is now the only quit shortcut. The remaining half of this issue (a confirmation prompt when quitting with unsaved comments/notes) is covered by #504, which needs a rebase onto the new quit behavior plus a changeset before it can land. Keeping this open until that part ships.
