Previously netdisco-mibs included limited support for some old Cambium devices under the Motorola MIBs. Cambium was spun-off from Motorola in 2011 so I thought it would be worth moving them from Motorola and creating Cambium as a new vendor.
This PR passes all of the tests in the CONTRIBUTING file and is working with my current Netdisco modifications to add support for Cambium (that I am working on!)
