Opening Assistant always starts in "Work with text", remembering last would be better

Every time you open the Assistant, it starts in "Work with text". If you often use Assistant, especially things other than "Work with text", this can get a bit tedious:

Remember the last used one. This will make it more likely that the function you want is selected. E.g. if you mostly use translation, or Chat with AI, or whatever.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Use "Chat with AI" by default. This might also not be wanted, but it’s a bit less weird than having the second nav item selected always.

Hey, it is supposed to remember the last successful task that was done and use it as the next default task type when you open the assistant. I just checked on the dev version of the assistant and with v2.9.0, it works on my side.

@julien-nc right, then I maybe closed it too quickly. Is it possible to just remember the last selected one before closing? That seems to make a bit more sense, no?
