The sorting order no longer works with list fields

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a view with multiple/single-choice or user fields
2. Edit the view
3. Add sorting

Expected behavior

The list field sould be available.

Actual behavior

None of the list fields are available.
However, the filter function is working well with list fields.

I am experiencing the same issue since the latest update of Tables to 1.0.0.
As long as the view has not been modified, the sorting previously set up with Tables 0.9.3 works correctly on list fields.
However, if I change the order of the columns, for example, the sorting on list fields is disabled and it is impossible to re-enable it because the list fields are no longer selectable in the sorting list (they simply do not appear).
