Create view with columns through API

Hi,

I created a table including its columns using the v1 API. After that, I created a view for this table — so far, so good.
However, the view is empty, and I can’t figure out how to create columns for the view (e.g. with settings such as read-only).

Does anyone know how to create view columns via the API?
