How often the containers are updated?

Hi, I want to use unit:php8.3 docker container as base for build my application container (PHP 8.4 is currently not supported by my application) and everything works perfectly. The only question that came to my mind is how often the unit container is being updated. I mean, yesterday PHP released version 8.3.25 and according to Docker Hub the container has been updated 6 hours ago. I've no problem if it takes a week or so to update the PHP version, but it's a problem for me if the PHP version is 1 year old. So I wonder, is the unit:php8.3 container always having the latest PHP version included?
