Notify when a long running OP has finished

Hi,

I think it would be useful to get a desktop notification when, e.g., a system rebuild has finished and it is ready to be applied.
I usually end up forgetting about it and then realize I have an open terminal in some lost workspace sadly waiting for my password. 😅

This is one of the features I plan to implement, but currently haven't got the time to. I believe #387 aims to solve this, so you can subscribe to or/and test the PR to help it progress faster.
