Add power management

Fully Kiosk (power settings) can be configured to enter sleep mode on schedules, turn off the screen etc. This would be useful to add. Additionally, could air plane mode be toggled to enter even lower power states?

Will think more about this, but currently, power management to this extent is out of scope for this project.
