Scroll to column: offset mis calculation when there is pinned column

Offset should take table of pinned columns width.
In addition when columns are pinned, they still appear in the next/prev

in the screen shot we should see N/4 and not N/6 because there are 2 over 6 columns, containing bonus, pinned
