Wrong commit message version automatically created

The commit message is showing the wrong version 26.8.0.
It should be 26.8.1

The PR #2615 was manually corrected.

build-automation.mjs and update.sh do separate network fetches that are not guaranteed to be in sync.

This needs to be changed so that the PR title always reflects what is actually in the Dockerfiles:
ENV NODE_VERSION=major.minor.patch

It's not the first time that this has gone wrong.
