Suggestions for 2026 survey

In nodejs/node#59295 (comment), I was saying it'd be interesting next time we do a survey to ask whether the ecosystem uses the different experimental stages. Marco suggested I open an issue here to gather suggestions, so here it is.

I think the ecosystem is not aware of index stability at all, we should add a question about it maybe

I would like to include userland migrations questions like:

• have you heard about it
• if yes, where did you heard about it
• When did you use it? What is your use case? Did you use it in entreprise ?
• Do you have point that need a codemod

BTW we don't need data such as which one did you use the most because codemod have anonymous telemetry
