Bump up latest configuration format and tool usage.
Improve user experience.

• update --set-file to --set when setting notation default cert
• update value exported
• update az ad usage, including az role assignment
• add list for access control, eg. aks identity role assignment, pod and custom resource role assignment
• fix link to the inline certificate provider which was broke
• fix the name of keymanagementprovider given when do kubectl describe
• update Register the 'EnableWorkloadIdentityPreview' feature flag and OIDC
• check the auto generated store_config.yaml, kmp_config.yaml and update kubectl apply to kubectl replace which would improve fault tolarance.

Issue #107 fixed some of the items above
