Acceptance criteria

  • Outline research methodology in a comprehensive and easy to understand pitch deck designed for senior management team to create alignment, buy in and, serve as a usage guide
  • Deck contains information on:
  • What principles are,
  • What they do
  • How we used research to get to them
  • Selling points / Why they're important
  • Answer the question "Are principles how NSF views itself or how it views its website?"
  • Answer the question "Are the principles: Internal or external?"
  • (Amanda says internal only)
  • (Idea: internal at first, then make it external)
  • Contains a pros and cons list. Possible pros/cons ideas:
  • Con: fear of high standard of accountability
  • Pros: transparency, design beacon, other agencies do it.
  • What are the frequency of updates: 1 yr? 2yrs?
  • How do we educate and inspire compliance of / "enforce" principles?
  • Enforcement is not the right word, maybe inspire. “Here’s the way the brand principles can guide…”
  • Examples of how we can enforce and determine content.
  • Provide final design deliverables along with usage guidelines.
  • List of important criteria from Ellen
